1. Service Availability & Dispatch
One-Way & Round Trip Bookings: Upon successful booking, a confirmation message with driver and vehicle details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email within 30–60 minutes (during working hours).
Local & Outstation Services: For city travel or outstation journeys, we ensure timely vehicle dispatch as per the scheduled pickup time mentioned in your booking.
2. Delivery Method (Service Fulfillment)
Our services are delivered physically in the form of a taxi with a driver arriving at your specified pickup location.
No physical goods are shipped. The “delivery” refers to ensuring a vehicle reaches you on time for your journey.
3. Booking Confirmation & Updates
You will receive a booking confirmation along with the driver’s contact and vehicle details well in advance of your trip.
Any changes to the vehicle or driver due to unforeseen circumstances will be informed immediately.
4. Delays in Vehicle Arrival
While we strive for punctuality, delays may occasionally occur due to:
Traffic congestion
Weather conditions
Vehicle breakdowns
In such cases, Rinocab will promptly notify you and make alternate arrangements if needed.
