By calling our 24×7 Customer Care hotline number 888-888-0000, you may cancel your booking at any moment before the scheduled day and time of your pick-up. You will be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel after the driver and/or vehicle information are delivered.
Please note that if Rinocab verifies the cancellation of your journey, you will not be responsible for any cancellation fees.
Fees for cancelling an order:
In the absence of driver or vehicle information, a booking request may be cancelled without incurring any fees.
A cancellation fee as well as the loss of the whole advance payment given by you for the booking will be levied if the driver and/or vehicle information specified in the booking request are changed.
Drivers may cancel a trip request after waiting 45 minutes at the pickup site and/or for any reason whatever you have supplied incorrect information of the pickup location or you are not available at the phone, cell number, and email address you have provided.
In order to avoid forfeiting your entire advance payment for the booking, you may be charged either a cancellation fee or a rate of Rs.5 per minute for hatchback/sedan cars, Rs. 7 per minute for SUV/Innova cars, and Rs.15 per minute for Tempo travellers after 45 minutes have passed, depending on Rinocab’s sole discretion.
Rinocab will issue a voucher for the entire advance amount paid by you for the booking, in Rinocab’s sole discretion, if the cancellation is due to external factors such as epidemic, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disturbances; war, terrorist acts, riot, or other civil disturbance; epidemics; or other similar forces.
Policy on Refunds
The reimbursement will be handled in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy. The refund might take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. Rinocab will not be liable for any losses or damages if you give inaccurate banking information or account information.
You are permitted to use the coupons without expiration at the discretion of Rinocab in the following situations:
You are entitled to a voucher for the full advance price paid by you for the booking if the designated driver cancels the trip without assigning any legitimate and reasonable explanation at the last minute and the Rinocab fails to organise another journey in a reasonable period.
A voucher for your advance payment will be issued if your vehicle breaks down during your journey and the Rinocab or driver cannot fix it within a reasonable length of time.
A voucher for your entire advance payment paid for the trip will be issued if the trip is cancelled due to outside factors that humans cannot avoid even with due diligence, such as an epidemic, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disturbances; war, terrorist acts, riots, or other civil disturbances; epidemics; or other similar forces.
Rinocab has the right to modify the vehicle type, the length of the trip, or the route at any time, so long as you notify Rinocab well in advance and Rinocab confirms your request, you will get a voucher for the full advance fee paid by you.
No refunds or vouchers will be issued in the event that you provide the driver money or products other than what is stated on the invoice. Rinocab will not be responsible for any damages you may suffer as a result of any losses you have incurred.
A third-party agency driver means that Rinocab cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the trip. Rinocab, on the other hand, will work with you to the best of its ability to help you get your money back.
Rinocab’s right to withdraw the whole advance payment given by you for the booking if you engage in any kind of misbehaviour or misconduct with the driver. Additionally, Rinocab, in conjunction with the driver, retains the right to take any legal action against you that is permissible.
